Welcome to MagicListen (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Redview Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. By accessing or using our platform, website (stagingtest.magiclisten.com), and services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”).
MagicListen provides on-demand digital educational software, interactive English listening practice tools, and electronic learning worksheets (“Digital Content”). Our services are fully automated and self-paced. We do not provide live tutoring, human coaching, or offline training services.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• One-Time Purchases: All services and digital packages are sold on a fixed, on-demand, one-time purchase basis. We do not offer auto-recurring subscriptions or automatic billing.
• Expiration: Access to purchased monthly or weekly modules will automatically expire at the end of the specified period unless a new package is manually purchased.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for our digital products at any time, but price changes will not affect packages you have already paid for.
Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery of content, all sales are final, and we offer a strict no-refund policy once digital materials or access tokens have been unlocked or accessed. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team immediately.
All content on the Platform, including audio files, text, software, graphics, and algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Redview Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
The platform and digital tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Redview Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
